Welcome to Sparklez, operated by Forward March Real Estate Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking services, or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Sparklez provides residential, commercial, and short-term rental cleaning services through independent contractors. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Booking & Payments

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Remaining balances are due according to your selected service and payment terms.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including Stripe.

  • Prices are subject to change based on service condition, size, or scope disclosed at the time of service.

Service Expectations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the condition and size of the property

  • Ensure reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time

  • Secure pets and remove hazards prior to service

Failure to do so may result in service delays, additional charges, or cancellation without refund.

Independent Contractors

Sparklez works with independent cleaning contractors. While we maintain quality standards, contractors are not employees of Sparklez.

Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we may address the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Sparklez is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Damage caused by undisclosed fragile or valuable items

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and branding, is the property of Sparklez and may not be used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sparklez, we value your time and ours. This policy explains how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled.

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future service if rescheduled within the allowed time frame.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling

  • One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows

  • Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the property will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may be charged the full service amount.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method used via Stripe.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

SMS / Text Messaging Consent

Effective Date: [January 1, 2026]

By providing your phone number to Sparklez, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) related to:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Scheduling updates or changes

  • Service reminders

  • Customer service communications

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing services.
