Cancellation Policy

📅 Sparklez Booking & Deposit Policy To secure your cleaning appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your date and time and allows us to schedule our professional cleaning team accordingly. 💳 Deposit Details The $25 deposit is applied toward your total service cost Remaining balance is due upon completion of service (or as outlined in your service agreement) Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new date Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit 🚫 No-Show Policy Failure to provide access or be present at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show No-shows will result in loss of deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook ⏰ Late Arrival / Access Delays If our team is delayed due to lack of access, waiting time, or inaccurate information, additional charges may apply or the appointment may be canceled at our discretion 🧼 Service Adjustments Final pricing may vary if the condition of the space differs significantly from what was described at booking Any changes will be discussed prior to proceeding with service ✨ Why We Require a Deposit Our deposits help ensure availability, protect our contracted cleaning professionals, and allow us to deliver consistent, high-quality service to all clients.
